When fitting up the new AMS 2.5" piping Kit noticed the Silicon Reducer Hose was a sloppy fit to the Turbo Outlet Housing Passenger Side and when trying the same on the Drivers side it's a perfect fit. So wondering why HKS turbos have different Outlet Sizes or is there a greater evil lurking in the back ground with miss matched turbo's here.

Not sure if its related or not, but could it be the piping kit is the issue? AMS is quite well known for their products not fitting as they are meant to

Not AMS on this one, outlet housing is different sizes.

Measure and get back to us the results. 100% the silicon joiners are both 1.75" or 2.0"?

Stock is one side 1.75" and the other 2.0". I found it weird trying to install the z1 kit where one side is different to the other, but it works.

If you have hks and one side doesn't fit, local auto shops might have the correct size ready to go.

HKS 2530's? My car has them fitted and I wasn't aware of any issues, can contact the previous owner and find out though?

2530s have identical size outlets to stock turbos so yes they are different sizes
