Hey, so i know theres been a million threads about high idle but I don't know enough to follow the advice on those.
So my idles sitting at 1.5k all the time, for a while it would go up to 1.5k for a bit and then go back down but now just sits at 1.5k. in more detailed descriptions than on other threads (I don't know where things are) what should i be checking and replacing?

Might just be an incorrect reading. My car does the same and when I told my mechanic he found it rediculous that it idles at 1.4k and said if it actually was that high once you took your foot off the break the car would jump forward intensley. When he got to look at it he said the idle was perfect just the reading was wrong, I confirmed with with the previous owner who had tuned it previously for 700-800 at idle.

Oh man... a zed that can idle properly... what a dream!

After I replaced my coolant temperature sensor, put in a series 2 PTU, replaced my 02 sensors and bypassed my det. sensor, my NA idled perfectly... for about a day...

Nah been a while now, thought fixing exhaust leaks might fix it though.

    Throttle Possition Sensor - TPS
    Check the connection.

I pulled off the connector on mine and cleaned up the corrosion.
Fixed my NA from idling at 1.5k

    Now idles at 750 perfectly

    Side of engine:

The red arrow points to the connector.
If u pull it off and theres green corrosion, its probably ur culprit.
