hi i changed my fuel lines seeing as they were backward's. put all new fuel in and kicked her over all this black smoke. still nothing cleaned my plugs and leads im just wondering if anyone can give me some advice on what i should do . ??
They were backwards meaning to fuel send/return? did you remove the balance tube to pull the coilpacks? if you so did you seal the balance tube with new O-rings? Are you sure the fuel lines are right now?
Yes he is, as I picked this up from his garage photo and called him direct. Sent photos and talked him through it. Got him to clean out stale fuel from the tank and replace with 20lt clean premium fuel. He says the timing is correct and has spark (not sure on this one - running a S1 PTU) I asked him to do a compression test. All I can think of is possible PTU or a faulty sensor but he said he has done an error check and all shows OK. The kids not far from Taree is anyone nearby that could help?

yeah iv tryed everthing i know and still nothing . when i got the fuel lines right and started it all this black smoke and a hell of a lot of it and a boom boom boom sound comeing from the exhaust makeing sounds like she really wants to go but i just keep killing all my batteries
did you try some aero start down the intakes with throttle open and someone turning her over works everytime

that car he has is the old one i used to own lol, its thrashed as **** let me tell u that. but it does have motec ecu and one of those 600 electric BOV, ran fine when i had it... bet the guy who got it before u harth777 ran to much boost and ruined it as he was a noob.
it DIDNT have the Motec.... or the advertised Haltech for that matter and you're right... its fubared... and not just the motor
