well the weather was cold . and i had a crap day. like i said before , the clutch is el plucked so it was turning in all the runs . first run was ok because i didnt hammer the car . i felt it spin in 3rd up top , 12.4 @124.21 mph was my shit best lol .. only 3 runs and went home anyway so Ive decided not to pull the car apart before i know what the car can do with my nismo clutch back in .. the car went 12.0 at Calder with the clutch on its way out , ( et drag slicks ) and it was 35 + degree day , it felt strong and nice , then no change to the car, i took to Philip island , and the clutch was OK , ( semi slicks ) now you can say its plucked lol .. but had a good time , it was good to see all the guys again . hope you can all come to Calder next time .. oowww yeah , heathcote is a shit slippery track.
It was way too cold I could not get myself warm. Eating hotdogs didn't help either I gotta say I was pretty happy with a 12.7 @110 But I can certainly see how you were not happy with your et as you mph is astronomical. Look forward to the rebuild. Bad weather but great turnout. I don't think I've seen this many zeds on a cruise let alone a drag meet. My highlight was seeing the zeds outnumber commodores for once. Soarer didn't go too well only managed to get two runs in before the weather turned bad. My best was a 14.4 as the auto couldn't make its mind up. Was great to catch up with everybody and looking forward to the next one.
Was my first time and definitely not going to be my last I got 5 runs and my best time was 15.2736 i was hoping for high 14s or low 15s so very happy with the result not bad for my first time and my zed is NA so not a bad time Special thanks to Xavier and Dean (bracket) for giving me drag lessons lol Cannot wait for next time hoping to make it to Calder next week so hopefully can improve my times Was a really good turnout and really loved the Cobra...wish i had a spare 100gz lieing around lol. Also happy to have met so many people By the way if people dont know who this is...im the black guy with the zed that has lambo doors lol Abraham

First off a very big thanks to Mick and his family for the great hospitality . Had a great night with a good feed and some fine refreshments and the company was entertaining to say the least. Only watched at the drags but really enjoyed the day. Can't wait for the next time ( drags to ). Quite a few turned up which was great and to any sitting on the fence i can only say jump over and try it. Cheers Dave
Hopefully next time I can make it to your place before the race day Mick. This time it was the inlaws birthday, followed by a quick rush home to change oil, etc prior to racing.
Next time im waiting in between drags instead of chaining them, that way my starter motor wont fall out . Besides the weather in the afternoon, it was a good day, ill be coming back again next time.

Was Awesome weekend! Big Thanks to Mick W again, always have the best time at your place, I enjoyed it more than the drags to be honest and not too mention the beers, an all you can eat BBQ and breakfast ABSOLUTE LEGEND! Unfortunately my Zed was playing up (ECU cutting out randomly) and after one run of only getting out of 1st to have no power or anything at all by the time i hit 2nd I didn't even bother with a second run (so no time recorded for me this time), not to mention rear shocks definately on the way out, so axle tramp big time.. but i'll get it going for next time or at least fix it, sell it, then have my new TT going

ahh k was it ur first time at the drags? you will be able to get a much better time esp the 60ft with the new auto
