    i searched.

I have a few drips of green coolant on my foot rest... so i want to bypass until i have the money (and willpower) to replace.

How do i remove all the coolant from the heater core?

what should i do first? I am servicing my car tomorrow at a friends workshop and was going to pick up a pip to fix it... does anybody have the ford part number as shown in the write up? U pipe, i have seen some bypasses with super long hoses but i want to keep it neat.

Also do i drain the coolant out of the engine or what? will that drain the heater hose. do i just to the bypass ad let the rest seep onto the carpet? is there much to seep?

    any help greatly appreciated.

    Do a search...

You'll find all the info you need. You don't need to drain any coolant... and the coolant in the heater will stop to leak once the by-pass is done.

you need an ea falcon heater hose, part number ed18472g

find the 2 hoses off the back of the engine, drivers side, top, remove them and join the ea hose to link the 2 outlets on engine, simple as
