I think it looks awesome, but personally I like having the Z badge on the front panel. As mentioned before, see Gonzo about making one up like your first pic if the UAS one doesn't quite fit the bill. Forum member ISR2 also has one on his Zed.
That a 2JZ conversion? Yeah, I am more keen on something similar to this type of pannel as well vice the UAS one, I like the vents much better...
that ones a rb conversion you can tell by the cam covers,looks like a rb26 to me! also 2jz's have the turbo on the drivers side,and the plenum on the passenger side unlike that car.......
