Just had my apprentic mechanic mate over to bleed the coolant into the engine at all. As soon as she got warm at the bleed point oil started appearing and it just kept getting worse. Doesn't smell like it's leaking into the exhaust chamber but she's definitely blown. He'll be making a few calls tommorow to see what kind of a deal he can get from his mates and stuff. All the people with experience I'd love to take note of any pointers or things to do, especially costs of the operation. Does anyone think the head could be gone aswell?

    Cost me.....

just under $4000 to get my head gasket replaced and 2 new heads fitted, along with some other work at the time. Mine is NA, but I figure the TT would be the same.Cheers

    Ummmmmmm......

recoed I think..... Its whatever they have down at Nissport. New lifters, valves, little plug things, blah blah blah. Spencer went over all the techno talk with me, but that was just over 8 months ago and I have forgotten most of it. Basically, they are as good as new.Cheers
