so i bypassed fpcu and am getting fuel to rail.

next issue is i bought a set of 540cc sard injectors of a member here a while ago. he told me they need new o rings so i took the old ones to a local efi store and had them matched and they dident fit well at all. tryed a new set of nissan ones and they had seem'd to have sealed up untill now and im trying to run it

basicly my question here is what o rings do i run to get these sards to seal into my rail properly.

    [IMG] these are the injectors

Do you have a S1 or S2 engine? your garage says a 1990.

Hope your not trying to use S2 injectors in an S1 rail..

"basically my question here is, what o rings do I run to get these Sards to seal into my rail properly?"

    Four things are required:

1). The type of material the O-ring is made out of.
2). The outside diameter of the O-ring, or the size of the hole in the fuel rail (where the O-ring sits).
3). The inside diameter of the O-ring, or the diameter of the fuel injector (where the O-ring sits).
4). The cross sectional diameter of the O-ring.

The measurements need to be accurate, as in measuring with vernier calipers.
An O-ring requires a certain amount of 'crush' to seal effectively.
The previous owner of the injectors may have had a different fuel rail to the one you are using.
Also, use Vaseline or Silicone grease on the O-rings when installing the injectors.

have used o ring greese to install them, they are definatly not s2 injectors as i have a adaptor kit here and they are no where neer it. have tryed a brand new set of s1 injector o rings aswell as a second fuel rail i had of my old motor nothing will seal them. starting to get the feeling they are not for a z

The pintle caps wrong for an S1, kinda wrong for an S2 also

    Measure them....

....against an OEM injector, you'll soon know if they are going to fit.
Measure the injector coil resistance [ohms] as well, to determine if they are low or high impedance injectors.
Contact the person you bought them from & ask the obvious questions!

    FYI.

If they are 540cc they are low impedance so you will need resistor thingys or you'll fry your ecu.

Sard 540cc high impedance are white.

Fairly certain these are not 540cc as stated previously. Maybe get them flow tested and check the ohm's while ur at it.

I had some sard 650cc's in a S1 rail a few years ago - same style.

I'm assuming the upper o-ring is sealing fine?

Try this size for the lower o-ring:
    15mm ID - 3mm thick - 21mm OD - Viton rubber

    Should solve ur issues ;)

Sard 540cc low impedance injectors are red tops. Part number will be 63510.

    I stand corrected.

If they are low impedance, you will need to run a resistor pack. Fairly simple to do. The image below explains the basics:
