Hi. Im looking at replacing my intake pipes. I have seen the hardpipe kit from CAz and others (four shiny bling bling pipes) @ $450 or so however i found these on ebay and for $100 they are worth considering if they do the same function. While i would much prefer the bling pipes, the budget is looking at the cheaper option.
    So i need to know
    - Will these do the same job as the hard pipe kit without the bling.
    - Has anyone installed these items and any problems.

Here is the ebay web address and a pic (sorry didnt know how to paste a link only pics!).

    Cheers

Gee, they look the goods as an alternative to the other hard pipes dont they. While tinkering in the engine bay i noticed my plastic/rubber intake pipes are cracked around where the clamp goes on. No boost leaks detected. Just looking at my options with consideration to my budget.

Thanks for the link. I will seriously consider them. Any feedback from their install?

    Cheers Bruce
