Caz's Kit

Hey guys, I bought Caz's SS polished hardpipe kit a month or so ago and can speak very highly of it. It is top quality. Its all those things in the above post, 4 pipes, 8 silicon "thermo flex" joiners, and 16 SS clamps. I paid her $395 when I bought them of her, and havn't had any troubles with them at all. plus they look BLING BLING

PS they are better then the kit above for the 270 odd dollars as her pipes are made from stainless steel and not chromed aluminium.

They are all different products you are seeing in this post.
My kit was made purely to my taste, I didnt want the maintenance of alloy and I just have a thing for highly polished Stainless Steel. Most people think they are chromed.

My engine bay has only 1 tiny bracket chromed,the rest of the shiny stuff is polished SS or OEM alloy.

I have seen the problems cheap silicone causes and clamps for use with silicone need to have rolled edges and lined ladders or be T-bolt.
Just a few things to look for in a kit.

I totally agree with caz on this one I had the cheaper clamps and they damage your hoses I use ss 304 bevelled edge t bolt clamps now and have no probs you can tighten them up tighter on ss pipes aswell compared to alloy.

 

My goodness that looks SEXY!! Caz do you havea NA kit as well? I like SS as well, have NO bling in the engine bay atm, but hardpipes have always looked like they are worth doing, for function not just form

 

Be very carefule with this one i bought caz's brilliant SS polished hard pipe kit, and now, i love the pipes, they look great and work great and i have not had any problems, but this was my first ever upgrade to my zed and now i am addicted to bling, my engine bay is never shiny enough, i always need more, cazs kit is great dont get me wrong but it is not $395 you are spending, its $395 upfront payment followed by a whole bunch more to get everything else done cos it just wont be good enough after this

 

I soooo want to make NA ones too but I don't have an NA Zed ! I have bought stock NA pipes to use as a template but still need an NA Zed for a couple of hours for the fabrication guys to see exactly what sits where. They are more complex than TT ones.

I have been keeping my eye on the local car yards and if I happen to find one I will be taking it for a "Test drive" lol
