Very very nice indeed. You get em from JPS trading yeah in Japan. Thats a pretty good deal got any pics yet of the kit. I would definatley get the manis strenghtened before fitment just to be safe and also some bracing wouldnt go a stray and fit the flex things in the exhaust all to try and prevent the cracking associated with the trust ss mani. I am looking at getting a removeable flanged screamer pipe fitted when I get my turbos with ext gates done. they will bolt in and be full exhaust vent for street then at the drags or track remove the pipes for the screamer effect will have some form of blanking plate made to cover the exhaust hole naturally but havent firmed up anything as yet.

    Good buy

yeh got from them guys, have not received yet just done the deal. Thanks for your advice on scream pipes,i did a search and found that some guys in the states have made a little slide on muffler for the pipes?????
I will be getting the ss mani`s strengthened and hpc couted in and out plus brace turbos and flex joints on exhaust. From what ive researched on TT net a few guys have done this and every thing has went well.
Cant wait to get the rest of my engine bits now and put the sucker together, car has been off the road for 10 months:mad:

Yep shouldnt have too many issues with that setup at all. While the things are out I would suggest getting the turbos checked out and recored with new bush bearings just to be safe its pretty reasonable at around $400 odd per turbo. Cant wait for the results feel free to email me or PM me at any time I am still looking at running these turbos but modded internally to 20 specs while retaining the 8cm squared rear housings for boost response. Another person to chat to would be Miksta in WA he has some TD05H turbos which are internally gated from an EVO or similar and is currently going through the whole process as well.

    Where abouts you located mate

    Cheers

Woot, she's gonna have some grunt, with the exhaust, all you do is have a pipe, like a screamer that re-enters the exhaust before the CAT, that way she's legal and quiet

nice, what kit did you get? thats where i found my kit and noticed was from JPS.Have bought stuff off them befor for my RX7 and they are a great group of guys, very honest with there description of products and only too happy to quickly fix any issue you may have with anything you buy off them.
(not a plug for them but good to know reliable places to get bits for our cars)

for power it is better to just vent em straight to atmosphere, but for road use that is illeagle, even for a track car it might be too loud, some tracks are quite strict on noise arent they

Eastern Creek is 95 decibels at 30 metres which is pretty safe but they dont have the testing on for practice days only cams events etc he he he.

Most of the cars I have heard there sound like they would be way over but are okay so go figure screamers for me
