GT28R CNC Dump Pipe 5Bolt Flange

Hey Guys

For the past several months, we have been designing and perfecting our range of Turbo and Dump Flanges, to suit an array of vehicles.
With Turbo Upgrades on the cards for many/most people, we have manufactured a GT28 Based Dump Pipe flange, that will work on any 5Bolt Dump Pipe based turbo in the GT28 Range.

What is unique about our design, is that we have incorporated laser cutting and CNC into the one item, to give us a flange which superceeds all other designs on the market today.

The flange, features 2 ports.
1. Exhaust Gases from Turbine Wheel - 2.25"
2. Exhaust Gases from Wastegate Port - 1.5"

We have incorporated a machined lip into it, such that, the person making them dump pipe, can fit the piping into the port, then weld. This can be seen in the pictures attached.

Damn, could've done with these a couple of months ago...

I'm assuming they're mild steel?
Now all u need to do is make up a bolt-in seperator for between turbine and wastegate

We've been working on them for a while perfecting them

You can actually buy the GT28R from Garrett with the divider cast into the exhaust housing. Or any exhaust shop can weld a separator in place
