Also selling the auto gear box. This was rebuilt by SV Autos in Adelaide. No money was spared at the time, it has kevlar bands, clutches, 3000 stally, stage 2 shift kit. Was told it should handle 750+hp to the rear wheels. would be lucky to be 20,000kms old. Helped drop my time at the drags a fair bit was only raced 5 times. Asking $2000 If interest is there I will be able to sell the car as a complete car, but will be un registered and as is. Looking at $10,000 for the whole car.. Doesnt need much to finish, needs exhaust welded up to the dumps, oil, coolant, battery, couple of hoses fitted, spark plugs and some injectors.. Will need a after market computer (nistune) or some thing to help with bigger turbo's and injectors.. If car sells in pieces, will have more to follow, 2000 spec tail lights, stereo, sub boxes, body kit, 18" dished wheels, AVCR etc.. Basically look into my thread and any thing on the car will be going.. If you want any thing or think some thing is too dear let me know. Auto was brilliant fun on the street only thing was dont try and carry a open drink in the car cause you would wear it. When moving quickly the car would change gears reasonably smooth, but if only putting around town the gears would snap kind of thing into gear. Best part I loved was rolling off the line, then flooring it so when it hit second the back wheels would step out and fish tail down the road :br: only did this a couple of times tho lol as the wife didnt enjoy it lol.. Paid $3000 to have the box built. That was supplying my own box. Will ship, but at your expense. I'm located in Puckapunyal which is in rural VIC.
Hi stretch, I read the thread and am under the impression the motor hasn't even been started. What sort of HP were you expecting?
Wasn't really pushing for big power gains, was after reliability more then any thing. I was sort of copying 90TTZ's previous build. Can't remember what sort of power he put out. But yes you would be correct, the motor hasn't even been turned over as yet.. And I won't be the person to do it unfortually
Question mate, whats the difference between your GT2560 and the GT2530? I.e Power potential, spool, fitting, etc. MoulaZX
Sorry mate, I don't know much about the turbos.. Mainly brought them cause other people had proven with them and they were available.. Engine still available.. Turbo's have some interest.. Gear box is available.. Sub enclosure might be sold.. Car is still available.. I've spoken with the wife I can't do any more 'projects' until the whole car is gone.. some one take it, or offer me some thing.. Either selling motor,box,turbos, wheels.. or the whole car.. I wont be stripping panels and dash pieces up yet.. If price is too high, pm me with a offer.. a reasonable offer..
