Hey all, i finally got my Z back on the road after being Gearbox-less for about 3 weeks. I bought the box from GMS Spares in Revesby ($500) with a 3 months warrenty, seems to be working well so far (1 day) and had it installed by John Cuciti from Acclaim Automatics Australia in Atkinson Road, Caringbah who did an excellent job ($500 including all fully synthetic oils) in under 2 days. A big thanks also goes out to Grant for lending me his CBR 250 and advice while the Z was getting fixed and Caz1 for all her techinical advice and for being Caz Taxi for my new gearbox (yes, you can quite easilt fit a Z gearbox in the boot of a Z with a sub, just dont wear a white t-shirt. So i hope to see many of you on the next cruise :thumbsup: Andy
