Woohoo, got the time off work...*yes soo excited*
BUT..there's always a but..got the zed booked in to get painted on the 26th of Feb, they think it shouldn't take longer then 2 weeks..so hopefully they are right, otherwise I wont be making it..but at least I will have a good excuse..

 

Thats good to hear, BUT there are not buts for not coming! You'll just have to take another car Even if I have to come and pick you up from Bendigo myself haha

After a recent Sunday morning run over Westgate, I would advise making the departure earlier - 8:00am at the absolute latest.

I'm not organizing though. Bear in mind we will also be sharing the first part of the cruise after Westgate with Avalon Air Show traffic.

 

Good point... the friday arvo airshow traffic for the night show is pretty horrendous but the day show should be heaps better, the flying displays usuall start around 13:00 so the morning might not be too bad since it's just static displays till then.

 

The earlier the better....

I have to be back in Melb by 6pm, so the earlier we leave the more I can enjoy the day. Either way, wherever we are, I will have start heading back to Melb to be home by about 6pm.

 

flying displays start at 9-30 am,first jetfighter comes out to play around 10am,traffic on the geelong road is bumper to bumper,expect to be doing around 20-30km/h
If i were you guys,id be meeting up around 6-30 to 7am unless you want to be caught in it,Simon
