As far as I am aware... you will not be able to buy a car and register it under your name if you are on a tourist visa which I believe defeats the point if you are attempting to private import a modified car.I could be wrong with the laws constantly changing...J.
you may be able to do this >> Get 2 passports and use one passport for your trip to Japan and back to Australia while using the second passport for your trips back to Korea. When you are asked for proof of living in Japan for more than 12 months you produce the first passport which makes it look like you were there for the entire 12 months without leaving. To be honest I don't know why all the others care so much with what you do with your money or how much you have as you aren't harming anyone in the process. Each to their own I suppose - some people just like to get involved with other poeples affairs.

Sarah Ive heard of that place. Its in Roppongi-Ichome which is a big gaijin (foreigner) hang out. The money is ok if shes going to be a dancer/model but she will have to be pretty damn fantastic if she wants to make good money as there are some absolutely stunning russian girls around that speak fluent Japanese and rake in the big bucks. Id say that 3000-4000yen per hour is about average in said entertainment business.But as a dude that has been here for a couple of years now, id say leave her at home and try the local dishes.
