They will probably be a great design assembled poorly in China. Stock knuckles are also alloy not steel so lighter probably. Also front knuckles are different between z32 and r32, not sure how interchangeable they are. Some guy on the Internet tried and failed to swap the stock front knuckles around.
front knuckles aren't even readily available for the R32, you would need to have front knuckles 'cut and shut' if you needed to change the geometry. I think those rears would work fine with standard fronts so long as you've got full adjustable stuff and someone that knows how to align them.
