Hi all, What is the best way to get to the driver side waste gate actuator? I'm in the middle of a EBC install and need to connect my vacuum line. Can it be done in-situ? Thanks
I managed to get to my Forge Actuator on the drivers side with the engine in, wasn't too bad with the help of some extra long nose pliers. Not sure how you'd go with standard engine mounts and actuators though, not sure where the nipple sits on them.
Looking at it from the back to the front of the car, looks like the nipple sits about the 5 o'clock position. Was that the same for you?
The drivers side is a nightmare, however it has been done. You have to position yourself so you can see the connection & install the hose using the longest long nose pliers you can find. Guaranteed to test your patience!
