    Struggling.
I know there's probs not much I can learn from a forum about this particular subject, but I'm at my wit's end.

I have the driver's side on, piece of cake.
I can get the B-pillar end of the passenger's side on easy enough, but right in where the door hinge is it just won't go. It's sort of in, but it's sitting a little too far out and a little too high, and it won't get in any further no matter how much forcing I do. It shouldn't be this difficult.

    Any advice?

make sure all the white little plastic clips line up.

The problem is that it won't fit in such a way that everything lines up.

the top rubber seal is going onto the wrong side of the top lip of metal inner door skin. Put window all the way down, angle door trim as so that its angling away from the bottom of the door. With spare hand, grasp the top of the door trim and pry it outwards, as so that the top rubber lip seal goes on the inside (window side) of the metal door skin.

It normally only catches on the rear (hinge end) once its in place there, the rest of the trim will slide into position.

You're a wizard. That was it exactly. It still wouldn't go, so I ended up latching it on a bit further down where I had better prying access, then sliding it up towards the hinge. Perfect fit. I've been staring at it for hours with that stupid gap, wondering if I would have to leave it like that. Finally got it sitting where it should :D

    Thanks.
