I am so close to finishing my engine now I want this dirty b###ch on the road, but problem is I have to skimp for now on some of the things I need. so I just getting the stock injectors cleaned. Who is best in (brisbane only) to take them to, I want them flo tested/ultrasonic clean? also they been sitting for ages(over a year) is there a good chance they stuffed? thanks in advance and possible kisses to follow.. cheers Eddy
never skimp. it'll come back and haunt you later, guaranteed. i'd bite my nails and just wait till you can get it done the way you planned.
well I shouldnt say skimp. It will be just the injectors I opt to have cleaned for now as I simply can't afford new ones...... adding to this dilema I am driving a aqua diahatsu charade at the moment and lets face it, with a metrosexual bipolar personality like mine, I need all the help I can get....
I am in the same boat. I just need rego. But then it's all the little things that I have planned - or have yet to install. I could just rego it now, and start to enjoy it. Or I could wait till I can get everything else I have been planning for years to do. Lifes a bitch like that. I sold my 800 Sards too! Just get them them cleaned and tested - you know you want the you u-beaut fuel rail and injector combo - and you can be sure someone will put a GB or sell their new injectors before you know it. What turbos did you get from ez again?
yeah thats exactly it ben. I just want it on the road to enjoy it. I can do the work as I go from there. I got hi flo 28r's all garret internals. I had a lil prob with the actuators, but recently changed them to a new set of hks.
I think I said to hang on for a little longer... For maybe another $300 (assuming a clean and test is about $200?) you can gets these -: Oh and you might need to get your self an S2 fuel rail... and connectors... and...
the yellow top nismos dont fit into stock s1 rails, and the series 2 rails don't fit the s1 intake manifold. 300deg kit.
