Gearbox/ Clutch noise

    Hey guys
    Juust a quick questions
    when i'm sitting in Nuetral and pull the clutch out a here swoooshing noise any ideas

    Also my power steering keeps going heavy for some reason and then back to normal and then back again ??

    Cheers any help would be great
