    Hi guys

Can someone please tell me were the fuel pump relay is.

Had to bypass the pump to start.
There is no power going to the pump

    Cheers guys.

    may not be the relay??..

the fuel pump relay is in the little box, on the drivers side of the engine bay, near where the factory boost sensor is....

but maybe its the fuel pump controller that has died??? If that has died, then the pump wont work. If you bypass the controller, then the pump will work but operate at full speed....

    Cheers

Which unit? The original one or the newer one. Your newer one may not have worked if it wasn't a TT FPCM.
BTW, there is always a continous power source going to the terminals on the top plate of the FPSU (Fuel Pump Sending Unit. If you followed normal bypass procedures for a faulty FPCM, what you actually did was provide a solid ground point connection. That's what our FPCM actually provide to the FPSU - a variable ground source (guided by the ECU) which will dictate 3 FP speeds for a TT and 2 speeds for an NA.

While we're on the subject of FP's I was wondering what other car's FP's would be a direct match to our own. I know I read it once in a thread here a while ago but can't find it again.
