    Hey guys...

do any of you know of, or have you experienced the FPCU fail on just one of it's three "stages?" Like the second step for example?

I ask because a couple days ago, I took the Z for a romp, building boost early and quickly, and when I stopped and turned at the next corner, it was boosting funny.

It still boosts fine, if I floor it. It is like when I am accelerating easy, it hits like 5 pounds of boost and just sits there, and doesn't feel like it want's to go any higher, unless I exceed about 70% throttle, then it comes on like normal.

Boost leak test completed, no leaks. Both turbos are spinning freely. I pulled apart, serviced, and lubed my BOV's (using as recircs) and they are working fine. Actuators are intact. Under pressure, both actuators open at the same time. Engine is still in time. Tried a different CAS. No codes.

I don't have a fuel pressure gauge in the cabin, so I can't watch what it is doing while the apparent low boost issue is occurring. I don't have a wideband either, so it is not convenient for me to see what is happening with the AFR.

    Any input is appreciated.

Dont think its your fpcu, but just bypass it and go for a squirt to rule it out.

    Coughing, spluttering at all?

    Well...

sorta. It kind of bobbles or burbles a little bit in when coming back on the throttle after being off the throttle, but very very mild.

Once it starts accelerating, it is smooth.
