Fuel Injector Servicing

Surprised to have received PM's from 5 members who are keen to have their sets of injectors fully flow tested and serviced. Talking about a sudden outburst of performance maintenance/upgrade for our cars!

PS: DieselDave, your 1600cc injectors are BOSS! Never heard squirters scream like there's no tomorrow! They're muuuuuuusic to my ears...

 

Looking forward to giving them a work out. Great that the spray patterns were able to clean up.

Got myself a set of second hand JECS injectors for my own use. Did a full service including the rail. Here it is beside a stock, untouched 20year old fuel rail:

ok is it just me or do those rails look bigger than the one on the left ?

(a) new rail is closer to the camera
(b) black makes the other rail recede thus appear smaller


I actually put those two rails side by side to make sure they match...

Received a few inquiries regarding the service. Sure still is operating! Send over your injectors, be it top or side feed, and we'll get them flow tested and fully serviced. I got 3 sets here to be done over the weekend and will be expecting another two soon. Maybe busy but happy to find time to get others done as soon as i receive them. Will be ordering another batch of o-rings and pintle caps.

Putting this up before I and my family head overseas for a Christmas holiday. Will be accepting injectors for servicing until 17th December (Monday) as we're leaving on that 19th. Per injector will be $25 and that would include new o-rings and pintle caps. Return postage excluded.

Avoid the rush as I only have 10 sets to do. Give your injectors that well-deserved clean and get ready for the summer!

Send them over, champ! Are those JECS series 1? Have you still got my address?

 

They say JECS on them , there a very dirty brown purple.

They have the original plug with the offset key.

Purchased them from Mungyz. He only knows there 555's, thats it.

Hoping there discoloured nismos as nothing else really fits the bill.
