so last night night i was driving around and my fuel gauge starts moving like erratically it'll go down really fast slowly work its way back up and just keeps doing the same thing i checked and there's no leaks anywhere it happened once before but ages ago and it just started working normally again any ideas what it could be? cheers
Tank sender unit needs a service. Try a search as it's been covered before, even by me Basically, pull tank pump unit out, clean the potentiometer pcb, re-tension the float contact and problem fixed. 30 minute job.
