Hey, I've only recently bought a 300zx. Its an N/A.

I bought a new radiator for it and I've ran radiator flush through the whole engine for about 10 minutes idol and 20 minutes driving.

Now I'm in the process of flushing it again, but I can't seem to figure how to get it through the entire engine.

I can't find anything in the search. What I've tried is hook the hose to the inlet pipe on the engine with a clamp turn the engine on to running temp, turned the heater on full ball and switch the hose on and let the water go through the engine and radiator then back out. But this doesn't work. i empty the whole radiator and that's OK, but I can't figure how to completely flush the water from the engine.

Whats the best way to flush the car then empty all the water from the engine? Should i connect the hose to the heater pipe? If so where is it located?

There are a couple of hexagonal plugs on the sides of the engine block(up beside the engine mount brackets) that will let you drain the coolant/water from the block, although that shouldn't be necessary in most cases.
How do you know it's not flushed?
You do realise that if you force cold water into the engine, the thermostat will close, and slow down the flow?
You may have to remove the thermostat.

Yeh, I knew that, why I wanted to know a way of flushing the whole engine without taking the thermostat out, because that's a pain in the ass of a job on these engines.
The water coming from the engine was still red from the engine flush after i flushed it with fresh water, so that's how i knew it didn't circulate.

Is the best way to just clamp the hose to the radiator inlet and let the water exit from the hose that connects to the inlet?

Thanks for that information, it will help.

Whats the coolant capacity of them? is it 11L?
