Flat Spot

Does anyone have any idea what could be making my car have a flat spot on take off and also when you are driving.Like if you are doing 80 and put the foot down it will flat spot and then go.

Does the engine seem to stumble/stutter, or could just be turbo lag (assuming you are TT).

throttle position sensor might need to be reset.

 

Check for loose clamps on air intake pipes.

 

Mine used to have a flat spot also so i replaced the 02s and it fixed it up but sometimes it still does it i think it might have something to do with disconecting my egr

Does the ascd pump have anything to do with this - as I gave it a few taps and got alot of power back.Started car later and it was idling at 1500 - gave the ascd pump a few more taps and idle came back to normal.
Also what would it cost to get the tps checked.
It is a auto as well.
