I just had my mechanic fit an aftermarket steerimg and used the correct boss kit and now the horn doesn't work and indicator won't release back. I had the same person fit a wheel on my other z and used the same boss kit but this one had cruise control and that was all good. Is there anything to do to fix these issues, please help I dont want to go back to the 50kg standard wheel!
The horn is just the metal behind the "pad" you press touching a ground wire IIRC. Undo the litle allen key bolt things off your new wheel and have a look inside.
Then take it back to the clown who fitted it and get him to do it properly. By mucking about with it yourself you will void any warranty from the workshop.
