Beatuful, I'll be down for one of these probably after Xmas time when I have more 'play' money. Whoever's car this is, why are they measuring fuel pressure with the gauge on the 'feed' line off the fuel filter and not the 'return' line? I was always under the understanding you measured fuel pressure on the return line and adjusted it according to that.
You measure the pressure before the regulator. Should be practically the same whether measured just after the pump or just before the reg. Return pressure is irrelevant.
