    howdy

it's been a damn busy and satisfying weekend.

    injector connectors:
all have been replaced, injectors 1-6, with the generic connectors. all male connectors were cleaned and looking beautiful while no wires were cut in the female pins they were so damn dirty. i didn't just clean the wires which were gunky but the flux was cleaned off using a solder. some lead were used to go on the base were the wires crimp, and also some lead placed on the wires. then they were put together, cooled for a couple of secs and walah, beautiful crimped with little air, less corrosion and full voltage flow. my gf's brother who did the soldering reckons i was probably only getting around 9V or less  injectors 5 and 6 were such bitches to do, i had to modify the damn female plugs, but they worked :D also, i was very shocked to see that 4 out of 6 of my injector connectors didn't have the u-shaped pins!!!!!!!!:angry:
car runs better now, better throttle response/more torque.

    AIV:
very straight forward, just need new clips and minor body issues i need to take care off. glad that crap came off.

    TPS adjustment:
this was sitting on bloddy .49 :( set this to .45 and set base iddle. i then ecu self learn and it is much quiet and idles less than 1k rpm now when warm, used to just sit on 1k rpm when warm. it now sits around 700-900, hopefully it will set on 800 is the ecu still trying to learn this?

    AIR Intake:
replaced UNI to Apexera Powerintake. the vortex design is smart, still hard to know of difference since i have done injectors now.

I normally get > 400km for 55-60L of ultimate fill, i am expecting a 50-80km per tank increase, am i being too optimistic? car runs soooooooooo smooth.

    next weekend's agenda:
    - clear rear railights
    - hookup bulb on the red reflectors on the rear bumper bars to rear numberplate lights <--- this illegal?
    - TWD install
    - and sanding down spare hatch for brazillian job

    edit: note to self:
buy protective cloth for car panels!!! silly me made so many tiny scratches on my car  will get detailed hopefully buffer can clean this up.
