it's a bit like that I hardly know anyone into aussie hip hop. That ObeseCity compilation (guessing that's where you heard it, that's where I did) is great though, really glad I got it. Just got Pegz - capricorn.cat on the weekend. Don't know how old it is, good stuff though. Took me a long time to get used to the aussie accent in hip hop. I was into gangster rap back in high school (early '90s) then went all electronic. Just in the last couple of years got back into it, after listening to Butterfingers and the Hilltop Hoods.
1 of my friends had it on Cd and played it for me. Said it suited me well. I'll have to look into that ObeseCity compilation. Sounds interesting. Everything these days is too electronic as you said. Bring back the oldschool. Fate...
