Faint battery light, lights light on dash, boost gauge inop??

    Hay guys just need some help was on a car cruise on sunday then driving home I pull my car up in 2 the drive way and notice the a faint battery light and dash lights light on with the boost gauge not moving I then looked around and found the eng cont fuse was blown changed it and as I go 2 start the car it blows again ??? Tried at least 6 fuses all ready :(

    And the car sounds like it wants 2 stall when I start it

    make sure your alternator harness is plugged in properly and make sure the alt harness hasn't rubbed through anywhere and is earthing out on something.

    Engine control fuse supplies power to the following:

    O2 sensors
    VTC solenoids
    IACV, this is why your car almost stalls at start up.
    AAC
    FCID
    Boost gauge

    You have a short in one of those or the wiring to it. First place to look is the O2's for wiring melted to the manifolds, then VTC solenoid wiring. My bet is one of those 2 things will have a short to ground.

    As soon as I flick the motor 2 acc it blows the fuse I have un plugged every wire I can see and flicked it 2 acc and it is still blowing could it be the ptu ???

    No it won't be the ptu.

    If it is still blowing the fuse with all those listed disconntected, you have a short in the harness, time to get out the multimeter and do some thorough trouble shooting.

    Check the FSM for how to troubleshoot the problem. Much easier than trying to explain it as the eng cont fuse circuit is fairly involved.
