Exhaust heat shield

Does any one know if the heat shields on the engine pipes on a NA are removable or
do they come as a unit with the pipe? My RH one is rattling as Some of you might have
noticed on the fantastic Dub cruise yesterday.

any obvious side-effects, might be worth trying to determine the reason for the rattle (you may be able to stop it).
