Event Co-ordinators

Aus300ZX has a number of nominated moderators of the Events forum. These members are here to:

• Help local State event organisation,
• Assist Members (via PM/email/phone) with logistics
• Monitor [their State's] events in this forum, including editing and/or adding information as required.

All Members are invited to initiate events and should utilise the expertise and knowledge of their State EC if and when required.

Event Coordinator - Role's
Event Coordinator are responsible for the following, making sure a reasonable amount of events are held in there state, either sole organiser or assist others.
Providing someone who can assist on organising larger events on a national or multistate level.
Moderate - (Lock/Edit/Approve threads) in Coming Events and Post Event sections only, working alongside the Moderating team.
Move non-compliant threads (eg EOIs) from coming events to ZRNT, and to move post-event related posts from Coming Events to Post Event Discussion

 

Events Co-ordinators are now listed in the colour purple so it will now be easier to see who is running events for your state.

MagicMike and I will remain green however as we are moderators as well.
