maybe even south east past armadale, any decent roads and things out that way? ive never really ventured out much further than armadale in that direction.....
i cant find a "shocking road" in my map book....?? oh, now i get what you mean lol...... i was just thinking out loud really, wherever we go will be good fun.....
Decision... Ok, South it is. And a little east if that's possible. I'll work out some dates and a map, and post it up in the next few days.
some nice spots around bedfordale with some blocks with nice views. We've built some really nice homes in the area- roads are nice but the excitment is in dribs and drabs.
i agree that dual lane (or greater ) roads are good fun, but finding some without a bizillion traffic lights on them is difficult, and lights arent fun cause everyone usually ends up getting split up and lost etc etc...
If by a 'shocking road' you mean the south west hwy then it's not that bad. That goes up to byford and on to mundijong. (BBQ cruise) It opens up a bit past byford but you're guaranteed speed traps between there and armadale. A bit boring. The very first cruise I went on in 2006? That was organized by Kirst was great. It started at Sizzlers in Kelmscott. Up Brookton Hwy, past Roleystone then down Canning rd through Karragullen into Kalamunda. Then up the twisties behind the Kali pub. I can't remember the route after that. It's a great fun drive. If you live around there you'd know what I'm talking about.
I agree that duel lane roads are better for photos but im sorry, for driving experience, i've recently come to realise that its the single lane twisty roads that hold all the fun. Hell....on the run down Marmion coming back from Poo Rocks, I fell in love with round-a-bouts haha A little more work on the suspension and steering rack, and the LAST thing I'll want to see is a straight road :zlove:
