EOI : NA to TT Conversion Kit (one off)

This will be a bolt on kit to make your NA a TT

I have other plans for my Blue ZED 'ZWEETT' no longer need any of its parts or the motor. So I am able to sell every thing needed to make a TT kit, knowing me I have missed parts that need to be included, but they are all available, so some feed back on parts ill need to include in the kit would be good.

To do this your engine obliviously has to come out, so here is the kit I propose (one off).

Includes,

• Manual TT Turbos, rebuilt & High Flowed(just for the kit)
• Turbo Manifolds
• All Turbo Oil lines & drain lines
• TT Oil Sump, (needed for drain lines)
• All ducting related pipe work, and hoses.
• Stock Intercoolers
• Manual TT Cam Shafts & Sprockets
• Stock TT Injectors ultra sonically cleaned and flow tested with new caps & O-rings (in the rails)
• Stock Dump Pipes (optional)
• Stock TT Exhaust that has a Cat back on it. (optional)

I am sure I have missed bits that will be needed but, you get the idea of what iam thinking of offering, and one intested in some thing like this?

just to clarify.. what is the purpose of this kit ? to convert an NA engine to a TT engine? Arent there significant internal differences?

 

There are

Internal differences, such as compression ratio for a start.

But Shifters car is an example of this conversion, search up on him.

If no one is intrested in it as a kit like that, I'll just sell the other bits like the ducting and what not so that some one can do the conversion by just buying a TT motor.

 

youll also need to include recirc valves our bovs zweett

and you could alop give the option of the auto tt gearbox you have....
also require engine oil cooler and plumbing.....also flywheel is different from na to tt....
hope that helps a little,price is important though.....i wouldnt want to hazard a geuss what its worth....lots though!

You wouldnt have to use a TT fly? and all that. if your not swapping motors.

 

How much please? Have considered doing this to my NA rather than the revs+cams+tuned exhaust & intake route I am taking... Makes it easy if you have all the parts in conveinantly shaped box
