ive found some specs on these coilovers

Cusco Comp-S
ride height adjustable
Spring Rate - front(7kg/mm)
Spring Rate - rear(5kg/mm)

 

How do you adjust the hieght on them... sorry relative noob, but interested in suspension upgrade

 

with c spanners dude, wind them up and down !
