Engine number. Where?

    Guys guess its very basic, but where is it on a Z32 ZX TT manual TT engine? Cant find it!

    i think if you look down past the clutch master cylinder towards then engine / bell housing, its somewhere about there. not easy to find...

    I am so not familiar with engine mechanics

    Thanks mate.I think I will probably sound completely mechanics illeterate but where is the clutch master cylinder?

    You may need some degreaser to be able to see it. It's sitting on a ridge that faces back up towards you, the numbers are actually quite big. Still took me ages to find mine.

    Good luck, took me and an reputable mechanic freiken ages to find it.
    Needed a good light and a long screw driver to lever a few hoses out of the way.
    Once you know where to look though it's quite easy.

    As someone else said, it's on a machined flat rectangle facing up and slightly towards the firewall, on the drivers side. You gotta lean right over though.
