my Z just developed a problem I was driving along and i suddenly lost all power and the battery and check engine lights came on. So i pulled over and started it again and it died straight away again. When i started it for the 3rd time and kept the revs up and turned off the climate control the car runs fine. The car recently had some work done to it, a new air con compressor was put into it about a week ago and now this problem have developed. What could be the cause of this problem?
check your IAA and FCID valves at the back of the intake manifold. one of them controls the idle for when you have the air con on.
thanks for your feedback, my mechanic confirmed that it has seized only got that one a week and a bit ago now i have to get another one arh
