I have an unusual problem with my Zed.
It will cut out every now and then and increasing the throttle makes no difference but if I lift my foot off the pedal for a second or so, I get power again.
It only happens once the engine is warm and only when cruising or under light acceleration.
The car is Tecktrader's old Zed. He thought it may be because the fuel pressure was set too high (Nismo reg) but I adjusted that today and there is no change.
I tried the FPCU bypass and that hasn't made any difference either.
The car has had all the deletes done, had the plenum pull and is running a Top Secret map.
My next thought is to take the ECU out and replace it with another. I have a socketed ECU here and an Ostrich that I can write a stock map to.
Probably a good idea anyway as the Top Secret map has the rev limiter set to 8K. A bit high for an engine with stock internals.

Check connectors to coilpacks and injectors. I have similar issue and turns out its the afm thats faulty. Faulty Cas and ptu can also create this symptom.

Thanks. I'll clean and re-tension the connectors tomorrow and clean the MAF as well.
PTU failure is a lot different to this, so I am sure it's not the PTU and the CAS failed a week ago and has been replaced.
