    Hi guys,

Just had ECUTalk plugged in doing a bit of monitoring and would like to ask your opinions on the stats on the screenshot I took:

Little confused at the 02 Sensor readings and also the Injector reading from each cylinder bank

Any thoughts as to what's happening there?

Do you think there may be a fault or is this normal?

    All opinions, Thankyou!

Once the motors warmed up which your appears to the injector readings fluctuate up and down rapidly especially if you hit the throttle. If they appear to stay static or not respond quickly i would say they are faulty. There was a group buy recently for 02 sensors under $100 and there maybe another one soon.

Yeah, so you think the O2 Sensors could be faulty reading at different levels?

Also if I replace the O2's and it isn't them, what could it be causing the fluctuation between O2 Sensor readings?

The injector reading are reasonably responsive and when idling for a period of time such as 30-120 seconds, it would show fluctuation of a max of 0.07 between them.

The o2 readings won't be exactly the same at the same time as they are on 2 exhausts pipes. i'm not sure about the injector readings. for the o2 readings it would be better to film then put on Utube with a link so we can see them working in real time. The main thing with o2 sensors is they don't stay at a steady voltage but rapidly fluctuate up and down ( once car is warm of course. When checking make sure the temp stays steady as the e.c.u temp sensor if faulty intermitant can cause alot of funny faults.

Ok yep true. I'm not too worried about the look of the injector readings but next time I am monitoring I'll grab you a video.

O2 Sensors are in reasonably good nick checked the wires and sensor.

Another question on an associated topic...

If I were to buy say a set of Nismo 555cc Injectors (as my father believes one or maybe two of the stock ones are blocked or failing [after watching the ECUTalk with me while driving last night]),

Would my car still have the same fuel economy running around town not using boost granny footing before I get it on the dyno for a tune? Or would I need to get it tuned asap due to running rich?

Is it recommended to install the injectors while on the dyno getting a tune all in the same day?

The car will be getting at around the same time, a boost up-tweak and a Selin Dual Translator and elbow kit so should make a half decent figure compared to stock!)

Please all opinions and advice. Need to plan my dates and parts to buy etc...
