Ebay Strut bars

Has anyone tried these strut bars from ebay? Wondering if they are any good and worth getting.

if they're as weak as they look, i'd say they're next to useless.

 

Someone from the forum had one of those ebay braces, and i remember reading that they could literally bend them with their hands!

I know you can get a decent front strut brace from justjap for the zed, about $250 from memory. Not sure about the rear though, anyone else know?

ebay one is good for scrap metal prices,because the one i saw last xmas looked like thats where it should have been

 

I bought one 2 years ago for my last zed and snapped the weld on the strut bracket mid-corner. F**ked the bonnet and guard. Spent 4 months arguing with the seller (not this one, another one) and in the mean time I had removed it and repaired the damage. And in the end gave up.

Different seller, same POS brace.

Spend another 150 odd and get a good solid one.

 

Get a real strut brace.

i got a front and rear from these guys. Looks pretty good! But dont know what others would look/feel like. How would i go about 'testing' them? lol Apart from cornering fast... ;/

 

take them out, try bending them.

if they bend or break then they phail and you should bin them.

 

come out with me and mike in the twisties 350rwkw boy and youll get to test it ,but we wont be hanging around for you
