QLD E.O.I Willowbank '08 (August)

I'm thinking about organising 2008's Willowbank Zed Drag meet for August.

My car should be good and ready by then and it'll be nice and cold so we can achieve good times
Last years was a good turn out, I ran a PB that night, met a few zedders and I really enjoyed it.

What does everyone think of this?

 

If your car isn't runnin at the time Mike then maybe I'll let you see what its like to run 13's, maybe even 12's

Ok, I've had a look at the calender for August and the best nights would be either Thurs 14th or Sat 16th (T&T).
I'm good for either night but would anyway prefer to run on the weekend or during the week? If that week is no good for anyone then there's the Wed 20th. After that is jamboree.

 

eh maybe, see if I can get high score mph and still stay in the 12s.

Mate, time to borrow some slicks to see what it can really do. Should be able to drop 1 second of your time with them. Dosent AZA have some you can use?

Yea I'll be in. Haven't run for a while. I got to try and get better than 13.2 with a 2.101 60 footer heh.

 

im in, pending a lift. does anyone live near Alexandra hills?? Capalaba?? fleet, i would ask you, but i cant fit into your racing seat lmao unless you have a spare normal seat lol

 

I'll have to check with the boss on that, it would be good to go and watch - not sure if my car is ready for that stuf yet lol - the blue beast maybe a different story???

 

Sounds like a good bit of fun, might bring my NA down for the slowest run of the day might need a fresh set of tires before i come down though...
