    There's a review of the 300ZX here:

    http://www.drive.com.au/Editorial/ArticleDetail.aspx?ArticleID=45360&vf=1

Can someone explain to me what it means in the last paragraph:

The engine is smaller? So us TT onwers drive the 295ZX or something? And we have two turbochargers...and apperently our parts are harder to find, depsite the parts being 95% the same in both. Especially the parts you;d be likely to replace. At least he got the last sentance right.

I love how it says that "humble hatchbacks will give the 300zx a terrible time at the lights" .. which hatchbacks are those? Apart from maybe the Lancia Delta Integrale or something like that, and even then.. maybe the reviewer needs to take his hand off his penis and use the gearstick.. if he's struggling with hatchbacks.

    Cheers,

alot of people dont know anything.. they talk to their friends who know nothing about these cars and they use that information for the public.. we should send a complaint or something...

Dont forget he is sponsored by the large corporations

His opinions are related to the australia car companies. ie they want to sell their cars. It has nothing to do with the reality of the car just what they want the public to think. Just another form of mass public brainwashing... Yes it happens in this country as well.

Obviously the writer hasn't noticed that most 18 year

old imports only have clocked up 40 - 80,000 kms compared with the Aus-spec zeds clocking up 200,000 kms over the same time. No brainer which is the best ;);).

    doc1 is spot on.

Maybe they arnt 100% geniune but japan is a far smaller country then Australia. i would think that would lower the amount of kms a jdm would have over a aus spec.

    even 200000k's

for and 18 year old car is low, 11000k's a year. If you get one with say 80000k's thats OLNY 4500k's a year:eek:, do you believe that???

this is what he said about the GTR
Whilst not as blantantly stupid as the 300ZX review, anyone thats driven the 32 GTR hard knows thats just not what happens. The drive doesn't shuffle rearward, it was already 100% rear drive at that stage, then if you keep the throttle burried on the corner exit the tail will swing wide and some drive will be sent to the front in an effort to pull you clear, without an aftermarket torque split controller the GTR doesn't generate the grip it deserves and oversteers and sometimes spins unexpectedly for an AWD sports car. Drive a STi, Lancer evo or even just a modded WRX (I can't comment on a stock WRX) and you wonder where the GTR's grip is.

agree.. kinda.. but mostly agree.. ive seen some poxy reviews... AND some poxy advertisements for sales of ZX from dealers and private. LOL
..ITS honestly amazing how many people dont know what their cars have or say the wrong things..
    An EG OF THIS IS..

#1 They say (AFTERMARKET BODY KIT).. when its just one part like a front bar or spoiler (its not a full "KIT!"..)
    OR
They say its a veilside CII kit when its a Bomex! LOL.. how do you get those confused i dont know!

#2.. Saying SPorts Exhaust system when its just a big fat muffler.

#3.. getting confused between a TT engine and a N/A..

#4..listing non eXistant parts... like targa when no targa! LOL.. or POD filter when stock!.. not to mention saying 18 inch polished mags (shown in pic) when they are clearly stock

me.. im just fussy .. LOL>

    RE: Smaller Engine

Just checked my engine bay...I must have the big version because there is no room in there for anything else...

I have an import though so I'm a bit confused.

Lucky I have a black import though...maybe that's why I have the big engine...

    I feel good now... :)

    Rob. ;)
