Yep, Lostsoul and yourself are right in that. So it won't help the dump clearance issue, my bad. I had to clock mine back in the day for charge pipe clearance.
Clocking the turbos won't help. The exhaust housing position is determined by its mount to the manifold. Sounds to me like you have the dumps on the wrong sides. They should be a mile away from the rails and very close to the starter.
