Hi guy's, Advertised in the West Australian on Saturday was an event in Belmont on Sunday the 20th of September.
The club holding this event, I think is called the Wa Z Register.
I called the Secretary of the club, David Thornton on 0417 182 230 to find out details and was told that we would be welcome to come along for a look or that if anyone was interested in showing their car to give him a call to organise.
It is being held at the Belmont Sports and Recreation Center on Abernathy Rd. and kicks off from around noon.
Sorry this is short notice but I thought you might at least like to go for a look.

    Cheers, Andy

saw this in the motoring section a few weeks ago too.
i think the website is www.wazregister.com

wasn't sure how keen they would be to have modified zeds there as i think the datsun guys are more purists - maybe i'm wrong.

would still be good to show a bit of Z unity though!

I think you'll find almost all the Zed's that rock up to Z day are very modified. Many of the guys race their cars regularly, sure there's no monster HP cars usually, but I'd warrant a guess they'd get around the track a LOT faster then a Z32 :p. There was roughly 12 early zeds that showed up but the weather wasn't very nice so that probably scared a few off. Last time I went there was about 25 cars(2 years ago and sunny weather), a few with v8's and rb's. This time the only car with a swapped out engine was a 260z with a 302w?
