Hi, I orginally bought my Z back from the insurance company with the intent of rebuilding it, but time and money have put a stop to that. So I've decided to sell it as is. The car is: 1992 2 seater (Red) twin turbo custom interior retrim (professionaly done) 17" 3 piece VOLK wheels I have briefly started the engine, and it starts fine, but I only let it run for a few seconds. To check further I need to hook up radiator etc. Car was written off by insurance company, but as a repairable write off which means it can be re-registered. The car hit a tree dead center and therefore needs most of the work in the front. Upper and lower rad supports need to be replaced, oil cooler, radiator, drivers headlight, bonnet, windscreen etc. Items such as intercoolers, aftermarket BOV's etc somehow escaped any damage. I previously contacted a wrecker in Sydney and was quoted between $2k and 2 1/2k for complete nose cut. However this contains a lot more parts then what is needed. I'm looking for $6500 for it. Images as promised. Hi, Can't belive how much interest in this. So as promised to everyone who emailed me, please see below for images. Car is manual and has just over 140k on the clock. Gearbox was taken about around 8 months ago and had all bearings etc replaced. Lot of work was done to the engine, but not for performance, but reliability....eg VTC (? think that's correct), CAS, hoses replaced with silicon, heater hoses replaced, det sensor loom, connectors etc. Has had it's 100k service done.
