Dad took my Z for 2 days because his car is being fixed, brought it back just then and bottomed out on the driveway (-_-') I got in went for a spin and put put put. Missing like a fat kid playing baseball. Also, thought on sparkies? I have no idea if your better off spending big bucks on them or buying cheaper ones more often. I'm getting mixed thoughts from everyone so thought id try here also. I know its been said before, but There weren't much to the reasons...
? Yes? Thinking thats what it is? not sparkies? Actually my cpc's are fairly shotty, but I'm pretty sure its sparkies, one is bent :S and its same cylinder that when dropped makes no difference. Its prolly a combination of the shotty sparkie, cpc's and my injector being dirty, BUT! Still, question stand on sparkies... cheap regularly or expensive every now and then?
IF you believe Nissan then they came from the factory with Platinum Tip spark plugs good for 100k , never missed a beat when I was running them, now I'm on a TT with higher boost I run iridium's, I wouldn't hesitate going back to Platinum's though, best bang for your buck and lowest maintenance to boot.
1.Depends on how much worth you put on your time. 2.And how fast you can change a set of plugs. 3.And how diligent you are with your car maintenance.
Just get some coppers for the moment to ensure that is the related problem. Do a search on copper spark plugs here and you'll find what the recommended ones are for the Zed. Then do as said earlier, check, clean and tention your connectors too.
Oh yea. I've been through 2 sets, ones it came with and ones just now. Pretty sure there are problems causing the plugs to poo themselves. Still, just need to get it good enough for some flimsy 20yo rocky douche to buy... *Sit them in with blue interior, point out its auto so all you do is steer, then plant it.* 50% of rocky drivers are like me and don't know shit. so hopefully can get a good sale on it.
Ah in that case yeah do exactly what Benny said, if its gone through 2 sets only get coppers till the issue is sorted out
Yer thats my thoughts, I know my cars got problems. I'm between a rock and a hard place, I really really love the Z but I don't have enough time/income to do what it needs done. Then when i see jaybo's sale I'm like "My car is worth $300." PLUS, if i sold my car on here, no one would buy it.. So I wana try make it pretty and running, pretty much just sell it so someone who doesn't know it needs work.

oh chilli, just the kind of fish I was baiting. I am selling, but not till I can sell it decent.
