this is pissing me off. i have gone to autobahn, supercheap, pirtek, rad shops, norden, clark rubber, argggg

i cannot find a hose that will go from the intake to the bov.

iit needs to be in a shape of a pigs tail/spiral. either that or something like an 's'.

its 28mm id. i cant find anything that will do it without kinking.

does anyone in s.e.suburbs melb make custom rubber hoses? molded rubber hoses???

other than this how hot would this pipe need to take ???? im guessing it wouldnt be much as its intake???

for the time being i have got some plastic swimming pool flex hose and connected it up????????

    ideas ?????

    I couldn't

find one either, closest I came was a heater hose from a ba,
near the same shape but only 18mm id. I still need two myself. Is that a bov or recirculation P/Back valve chad?

how about finding a similar hose, and just chopping off the bit you dont need.

what if you used heatr hose like 2 pices and used a 20mm copper gas pipe fitting elbow ?
I did it on a mates 300z for a heater core bypas.

chad in that section you use the original hose . just like mine ,, it will fit you just need to play around with it , it will fit man , its the same as mine ,,

when i can , i will make a pipe to fit for you and me ,, but for now just use the original one

that is what ive been trying to find...

ye ive been thinking about this and its pretty much sounding like the best thing to do

dude the stock hose will not fit. check out the difference in the angle of the recirc outlet. my one is like completly facing up. so the hose will kink. you prob moved your recirc more further out, which i cant do coz the auto trans cooler is there.

I had the same problem. I ended up just cutting up some rubber hose and connected them using a piece of metal tube and an extra few hose clamps.

    Basically just like WLDTTZ did.

I went to super cheap and found the lower radiator from a commodore ($10.50(GR58/CH11145)) had both a 45 and a 90 deg bend in it and was a suitable diameter matching the BOV's at approximately 32mm (inner diameter of hose). I cut the hose in two and trimmed it to suit.

I am using TurboX BOV/recircs and may not fit in this case. This is in my "Sustained Blow" thread.

    Marine Bilge Hose

    Hey

Go to a marine supply shop...or a jetski after market supplier...

Bilge hose is what your looking for... or you can get the same stuff from bunnings or a pond supplier...OR SPA shop...

I have a shed full of the stuff...we use it for the Stand Up Freestyle jetskis... So we can run the pipe under the motors and around the hull shape...

    Good luck...
