dose anyone know of good place to pick up a Conzult from there is one on here http://www.ttzed.com/index.cfm but there $600 and i still need to find a laptop for it.

The Conzult unit itself is a little outdated now with laptops on the scene. The Conzult software however is still pretty good, especially for us Z32 owners. It is the only software I know of that has diagnostics for Aircon, Auto Transmission and Hicas for Z32's. Conzult Z32 software is $250 and I am able to sell it.
Yes you need a laptop and an Ecu Interface cable($125), but you don't need a brilliant laptop to run these programs.
Other options are Nissan DataScan 1-51 and there are also some free diagnostic softwares for our cars available on the net. Just got to know where to look

i have been taking my car to the mechanic about three times to get error codes checked but they just reset it i dont think they have the right software for it. and i emailed the nissan dealer to see if they can do anything but they said they dont work on imports. so i think that its up to me to fix it.

so what would be my best bet i have done the self diagnose that is done with the over drive but that no help ill try it once more' once i have my dash is put back in

Hi SIKZ32TT,
If you have a laptop or even access to a laptop its worth getting an interface cable which is $125 and the free Zed CD I do for the guys on here. It has enough free basic software to monitor your sensors, check for fault codes and clear them, basic data logging and other features that can certainly help you diagnose problems without having to go to the mechanic to see. They take some of the guesswork out of owning a Zed. It has the workshop manual, Nissan parts list fiche, boost leak guide files and other Zed bits.

If you are wanting Hicas, Aircon or Auto transmission diagnostics, then thats where Conzult Z32 software comes in, it has everything.(including a $$ tag )

l bought the conzult package off CAZ which comes with other diagnostic programs and cable , manual , bits and pieces

Bought a cheap $150.00 laptop off ebay and its all good running

so for $ 175.00 l can see just about everything ... l understand about 20%

but its a learning thing

However now l have the conzult l will be saving a lot and visiting them less

hi

I be planing on getting the conzults in some time soon. it seems like the smartest move that would save me in the long run.

at the moment im getting my interior consoles painted so that going to set me back abit and im also after a white facia for my speedo and rev cluster in my dash.
caz do you sell them?

and do i need an order form if im going to make a purchase ?
